Fitness Centre
The Adelaide Aquatic Centre offers a recently upgraded Fitness Centre facility, with the latest equipment including a range of free weights, pin-loaded machine weights and a state-of-the-art Cardio Theatre to keep you entertained while you exercise!
Members of the Fitness Centre are provided with a personalised training program free of charge, and you can remain confident you are in the hands of professionals, as our facility is accredited with Fitness Australia and has recognised Workcover accreditation.
