We can’t magically create more hours in the day, but we can make it easy to get in and out of our gym.
For city residents and workers or tertiary students at CBD campuses, Adelaide Aquatic Centre is super convenient to reach – which is handy for squeezing in a session pre or post-work/classes.
Parking is free and on-site or, if you’re a city student, we’re a leisurely stroll or a short cycle/bus trip from North Terrace campuses.
“I like to mix up my fitness routine and not be limited in choice”
Why restrict yourself to a limited menu when you can go for the buffet?
An Adelaide Aquatic Centre membership gives you access to pretty much all our facilities starting with our full suite of gym equipment including cardio, free weights and pin-loaded equipment. You can book personal training sessions with experienced coaches or take one of a huge range of group fitness classes, in and out of the water.
On top of that, you can plunge into any of our pools (leisure, lap, dive and 50m), before winding down in a therapeutic sauna, spa or steam room.
“But I have little ones to look after”
As a parent, finding that bit of ‘you time’ can be a battle. But having children ten and under doesn’t have to stop you from keeping in shape.
Adelaide Aquatic Centre offers free creche services Monday to Friday (9am -12noon) for up to 90 minutes. That’s enough time for a work-out followed by a refreshing shower before collecting the kids and kicking on with the rest of your day!

12 months can seem like an eternity and it’s always nice to ‘try before you buy’.
