A 3D body scan gives you a 360° model of your body to track results. It uses a camera to project infrared light (like a scatter of dots you can't see – but clear as day to the camera) onto your body. The camera measures the displacement of the dots on your body with millimetre accuracy, and this creates your body model.
A complete scan takes 40 seconds. Once you've got your data, you can use it to set your health, weight loss, or strength targets.
Your session is private and confidential, and run by our trained team members. Only you have access to your results – not even our staff – though you are welcome and encouraged to chat to our team to help guide you forward.

- Take the test. The process is simple and noninvasive: stand on the platform, grab the handles, and stand still. The machine will take a 360° scan and export to 3D software.
- Review your report – either by yourself or with help from our team.
