These intensive boot camp sessions combine cardiovascular fitness with resistance and strength training. 

You work by yourself and in teams to run, jump, crawl and punch through a set of heavy challenges.

Participants will work individually as well as in teams as they run, jump, crawl and punch their way through 45 minutes of heavy challenges. 

Fitness Level: Pre-assessment required. Have a chat to our gym staff.
