Many parents feel frustrated that they didn’t get their kids in earlier. Or are worried that their own fears are now transferred to their kids. That’s ok. You are making the right step.

Since founding Adelaide Aquatic Centre a half century ago, we have recognised the importance of learning to swim for kids of all ages. But we understand not everyone has had the opportunity.

In each class, your child will discover:

  • The secret to feeling confident in the water
  • How to stay afloat and propel through the water
  • How to feel safe underwater
  • The three key strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke) they need to know
  • The moves behind Butterfly, and the tricks to making it easy

Classes are designed for young people with limited or no exposure to swimming and the water, and teachers are patient in breaking everything down step by step.

"I was a bit unsure at first because I had never learned before. But after a few lessons I could feel I was getting better. I don't feel as scared any more."

Rest assured – your child will learn to swim with us.

Our Swim Australia certified teachers will give them all the skills needed to feel safe when they enter the water. The key is to start now.

Classes are just $22 each. No sign-up fees. No hidden costs.

Hit the button below and we’ll be in touch within 72 hours with all the details you need. Book in quick – because these classes are small, there is only a limited number of spots.

It's never too late to learn. You owe it to your child to make them safe around the water.
