Cardio area

Whether you want to stick to your routine or avoid the weather, the cardio floor has everything you need to stay active. We offer treadmills, cross trainers, stationary bikes, and stair masters, all from LiveFitness and equipped with TV touchscreens. You’ll also find ski ergs, assault bikes, and more to help keep you moving.

Strength area

The open strength area has a wide range of equipment including a wide variety of pin loaded machines, versatile squat racks, open area for free weight use and more.

  • Gym conditions of use

     

    • Read and follow the Centre’s conditions of entry.
    • Always wear closed shoes while in the gym.
    • Please wear suitable clothing during your workout.
    • Bring and use a gym towel for every workout. Remember, no towel means you cannot train.
    • Do not drop weights on the floor, please.
    • Return your weights to their place after you finish using them.
    • Wipe down your equipment when you are done using it.
    • Empty your locker when you finish your workout.
    • Book your spot in advance to join Group Fitness Classes.
    • Aggressive behaviour towards staff or other members is not allowed.
    • Children under 12 are not allowed in the gym.
    • Members aged 12 to 16 can use the gym if they are current Gym & Swim Members and have completed a Personal Exercise Program with a parent or guardian present.
    • We recommend that all Gym & Swim Members complete a Personal Exercise Program before using the gym.
    • We recommend the use of the technogym app.
