Warm Water Pool (16+)
The warm water pool offers a calm, comfortable space for gentle movement and unwinding, with warm temperatures designed to support low‑impact exercise and rehabilitation. Depth ranges from 0.9m - 1.4m. Open to adults aged 16+, it also includes a relaxation area, making it an easy spot to stretch out, loosen up and take things at your own pace.

The Adelaide Aquatic Centre’s 25 metre outdoor pool offers 8 heated lanes with depths from 1.4m - 3.5m, it's perfect for lap swimming in any season. Set among relaxed lawn spaces and convenient BBQ facilities, it’s an ideal spot to train, unwind or enjoy a day out in the fresh air. For lap swimming, please check lane availability before arriving to ensure the best experience.
