Whether you’re training for your first triathlon, mixing up your routine, or simply trying to lose a few inches around the middle, swimming is a fantastic, low-impact exercise to improve fitness, reduce cardiovascular disease, and keep your mind clear.

Our main pool is the best place for you to get your stroke on for lap swimming.

Lap Swimming is currently reduced to 25m lengths to support our community. This will be reviewed in January 2021.
