Whether you’re training for your first triathlon, mixing up your routine, or simply trying to lose a few inches around the middle, swimming is a fantastic, low-impact exercise to improve fitness, reduce cardiovascular disease, and keep your mind clear.

Our main pool is the best place for you to get your stroke on for lap swimming.

With the lifting of restrictions and after thorough testing of our safety policies and procedure, Adelaide Aquatic Centre has now reopened to the public.

Lap Swimming is reduced to 25m lengths to support our community.
