Whether you’re training for your first triathlon, mixing up your routine, or simply trying to lose a few inches around the middle, swimming is a fantastic, low-impact exercise to improve fitness, reduce cardiovascular disease, and keep your mind clear.

Our main pool is the best place for you to get your stroke on for lap swimming.

The boom (the platform used to divide the pool) is moved every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00pm–9:00pm. 

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, it's moved from 9am–10am.
