Swim School Winter Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions:

• The Swim School Winter Rewards Program starts on 8 May and ends 31 July 2023.
• To be eligible for the prizes you must have your reward card marked by reception staff at each lesson you attend.
• If you attend four classes between the campaign period, you are eligible for one randomly selected prize. Prize will be awarded at the end of your fourth class.
• If you attend eight classes between the campaign period, you are eligible for two randomly selected prizes. Prizes will be awarded at the end of your fourth and eighth classes.
• If you attend 12 classes between the campaign period you are eligible for two randomly selected prizes, and you’ll go into the draw to win a term’s worth of free Swim School lessons (10 weeks, valued at $220). Prizes will be awarded at the end of your fourth and eighth classes. Please see terms and conditions for the competition details.
• Only one lesson per week, per student can be counted toward the program.

Win a term’s worth of free Swim School lessons - Terms and Conditions:

• These are the Terms and Conditions for the Winter Rewards Program 12 Week Competition (“the Competition”).
• The promoter is the Corporation of the City of Adelaide (Council).
• To enter this Competition, participants must attend 12 Swim School lessons between 8 May and 31 July 2023.
• Entry in the Competition is free of charge.
• In order to be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must:
  • be enrolled or have a child enrolled in the Adelaide Aquatic Centre Swim School program;
  • be a South Australian resident (“Eligible Entrant”)
• One entry is permitted per individual, and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
• The Competition and Promotion Period opens on 8 May 2023 at 12.01am ACST and closes on 31 July 2023 at 11.59pm ACST (“Promotion Period”).
• The prize pool consists of one term’s worth of Swim School credit valued at $220.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• The winner will be selected at random at 9:00 am ACST on Tuesday 1 August 2023. The draw will be performed using a random computer-generated process, and will take place at 25 Pirie Street, Adelaide.
• The winner will be notified by the City of Adelaide via phone or email by 5:00pm ACST on the day of selection through the details they have on file as part of their Swim School enrolment.
• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, or is unable to accept the prize, another winner will be selected from the Eligible Entrants.
• Upon confirmation with the winner, City of Adelaide will distribute the prize.
• Decisions made in relation to any aspect of this Competition are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• City of Adelaide and its subsidiaries staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
• City of Adelaide makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prizes and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prizes should be brought to the attention of the respective supplier of the service.
• Each winner and their guest/s as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of vouchers from the voucher providers.
• By entering into this Competition the entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they provide may be used by the Council for future marketing purposes.
• Should the prize become unavailable due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City of Adelaide will use its best endeavours to provide the winner with an alternative prize.
• Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
