The Sauna and Steam Room is a members only facility.

Your health and safety is important to us and we continue to operate under the Government of South Australia’s COVIDSafe restrictions and density requirements. So please take note of the restricted numbers when entering the Sauna and Steam Room.

You deserve a chance to unwind. To relax a little and put your feet up.

  • Relax in our European steam room imported direct from Sweden. Heated to a toasty 45°C, steam away the rest of the world.
  • Kick back in our red-cedar dry-air sauna – no need to add water to hot rocks – where temperatures sit at 75°C.

Opening Hours

You must be over 16 years of age to use these areas.

Monday–Friday6:00am–8:45pm
Saturday–Sunday7:00am–5:45pm
Public Holidays7:00am–5:45pm
