At the Adelaide Aquatic Centre, we’re committed to making life easy for you and that’s why we’ve introduced our Customer Portal. Built to suit you, our Customer Portal has a range of features to enjoy, including:

  • Sign up to become a member
  • Purchase your multi-visit passes
  • Manage your payments and direct debits
  • Update your contact details
  • Enrol into our popular Swim School program
  • Members and pass-holders can register for our group fitness classes
  • View and book available lane space

Customer Portal FAQs

  1. Visit our customer portal here.
  2. Select log in and create account.
  3. Enter your date of birth and email address that is linked to your current membership.
  4. Check your email inbox for your account activation email (if you can't see the email please check your Junk folder).
  5. Click on the email link.
  6. Create a new password.
  7. Provide the required details to create your account.
  8. You are good to go and can start using our customer portal!

  3. Once you are logged in, select the Memberships option.
  4. Follow the prompts and select the appropriate membership option for you.
  5. Review the membership details and the terms and conditions of the membership you have selected.
  6. Select a start date of the membership.
  7. Progress to the payment of your membership.
  8. Come and visit us at the Centre to collect your membership card and wristband!

  3. Once you are logged in, select the Passes option.
  4. Follow the prompts and select the appropriate pass option for you.
  5. Review the pass details and the terms and conditions of the pass you have selected.
  6. Progress to the payment of your multi-visit pass.
  7. Come and visit us at the Centre to collect your multi-visit pass card!

  3. Once you are logged in, select Dashboard.
  4. Select personal details.
  5. Select edit my details, update my bank account or update credit card.
  6. Confirm details by selecting Update.

  2. If you already have an account log in, If you don’t have an account, click create account and follow the prompts.
  3. Once you are logged in, select Courses.
  4. Select Adelaide Aquatic Centre as the site.
  5. Select the appropriate program
  6. Select the appropriate level for the student using our description of each class as a guide.
  7. Select the appropriate day of the week for your lesson, an available time slot and a start date.
  8. Review the enrolment details and the terms and conditions of the Swim School program.
  9. Progress to the payment option.
  10. Come and visit us at the Centre to collect your Swim School card.

All of our Learn to Swim classes are available to enrol into online!

Please note a Customer Service Team member will call you prior to your first lesson to check that you have enrolled into the correct level.

If you have not enrolled into the correct level, we will do our best to move you to a better suited class level. If no classes are available, we will place you on our waiting list until your preferred class becomes available.

You can transfer between lessons on different days and times providing it is in the same level. You cannot move between levels.
